INEOS Cameras installed at Harthill?

Villagers at Harthill with Woodall have been asking Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for years to install surveillance cameras on the country lanes around the village to catch fly tippers who often dump rubbish along the lanes, sometimes making them impassable. Last week cameras suddenly appeared but the villager's delight soon turned to dismay when a spokesperson from the RMBC informed locals that the cameras had been installed by INEOS. INEOS seem to be a law unto themselves and the Council said that they knew nothing about the cameras. What or whom are INEOS monitoring?
